Affiliate Program

Automatic Enrollment

All paid members are automatically enrolled in the Affiliate Program upon joining. This allows them to start earning additional income through the network’s referral system.

Earning Commissions

Affiliates earn commissions on transaction fees from cash (CHF) and Synergy Franc (SF) portions of transactions made by their referred members. To earn these commissions, affiliates must maintain an active, paid membership.

Affiliate Codes and Tracking

Unique affiliate codes are assigned to each member to track referrals. Members are responsible for sharing these codes accurately to ensure proper referral tracking and commission allocation.

Compliance and Reporting

Affiliates are required to comply with all program guidelines. Regular reports on referral activities, earnings, and compliance status will be made available through the affiliate dashboard. By clearly integrating these details into the Terms and Conditions, members will understand the opportunities and responsibilities of participating in the Affiliate Program.

Intellectual Property

Ownership

All content and materials provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the property of The Synergy Group AG or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

License to Use Content

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content provided through our Services for your personal or business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Trademarks
