The Synergy Group is not responsible for withholding taxes on affiliate earnings unless required by law.

Affiliates must use ethical practices when promoting their affiliate codes. Misrepresentation of services, false advertising, or any deceptive practices are strictly prohibited. Affiliates should clearly disclose their relationship with The Synergy Group and inform potential referrals that they will receive a commission for successful referrals. Any misuse of affiliate codes, including spamming or unauthorized distribution, may result in suspension or termination of affiliate status.
